In the course, we promote  the benefits of proper  breathing. Participants who attend proper  breathing workshop can provide harmony and balance of mind, the physical and mental health, and can achieve a better quality of life. Most people do not even realize that they restrict their  breathing. Are you aware that our breathing affects our mood, like a thought or dreams effects on the feelings of happiness, joy, sorrow and sadness? Wıth proper  breathing, and better use of the diaphragm, we can postpone aging   30-40 years, and can be protected from many diseases. The simple truth is that, we can live weeks without eating, days without drinking but we can live only minutes without air. Our breath is connected to  our inner and outer worlds. Correct breathing raises our awareness, and so  will help us to become aware of 'who' and 'what’ we are. Therefore, learning different breathing techniques is the best and quickest  way to a healthy life.
