At the end of the course, it is expected that the participants will be able to apply the basic principles of oral and written communications (correspondence language, expression and meaning, presentation and promotion, etc.) in their own fields..BODY LANGUAGE, SPEAKING, AND DICTIONCourse aims at providing an understanding the skills of diction and body language such as language, discourse patterns, speech tempo, pronunciation, stress, intonation, gestures, facial expressions, attitude etc. and providing the relevant speaking skills though various techniques to participants of varied ages and professions. At the end of the course, it is expected that the participants will be able to use appropriate physical expressions and speech skills.STRESS AND ANGER MANAGEMENTCourse aims at developing the ability to understand reasons for change of mood, and apply anger and stress management techniques, both in theoretical and practical terms. Furthermore, it aims to enable the definition of individual conflicts and crises, by providing well-established examples to participants of different ages and professions.
